Overview
Pernod Ricard, one of the world’s largest wine and spirits companies, required a way to strengthen brand presence within independently operated retail environments.
Framework was brought in to redesign how space is used — ensuring their brands become central, visible, and commercially dominant within the store.
The Challenge
Pernod Ricard products were present — but the space was not working in their favour.

What We Did
1. Spatial Audit & Block Modelling
Created a clean block model of the store to identify inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and spatial imbalance.
2. Blueprint Layout Strategy
Developed a structured layout system used for tender documentation and implementation.
3. Centralised Brand Positioning
Repositioned Pernod Ricard products to sit at the core of the store layout, not the periphery.
4. Display & Storage Integration
Balanced front-facing product display with increased storage capacity — improving both visibility and operations.

The Approach
We focused on restructuring the space — not just adding branding.

The Outcome
We focused on performance across environments — not just appearance.
